We deliver to mainland France and the United Kingdom.
- Standard delivery in France: 3–5 working days, free.
- Delivery to the United Kingdom: 3–5 working days, charges shown before you pay.
- Orders are tracked; you'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
- We do not yet ship outside mainland France and the United Kingdom.
Returns & refunds
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. You then have 14 days to return the goods.
- Items must be unused, complete and in their original packaging.
- We refund the full item price within 14 days of receiving the return.
- Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty items & warranty
Your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected. All products carry a 2-year warranty. If something develops a fault, contact us at contact@shop-elvora.com and we'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund.
