Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm dispatch. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example in case of a pricing error or stock issue) and will refund any payment taken.

Prices are shown in euros (EUR), all taxes included. Payment is taken at checkout via our secure payment providers. Any delivery charges are shown before you pay.
4. Delivery
We deliver to mainland France and the United Kingdom. Orders are shipped with a tracking number; the indicative delivery time is 3–5 working days. Delivery is free in mainland France. See our Shipping & returns page for details. Risk of loss or damage passes to you on delivery.
5. Cancellation & returns
You have a statutory 14-day right to cancel, and further rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. See the Refund policy.
6. Warranty & liability
Products carry a 2-year warranty. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
